🔒 Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Fritz (https://www.fritzdeutsch.com) là ứng dụng học từ vựng tiếng Đức, vận hành bởi Fritz – Dein Deutschfreund (dự án cá nhân / individual project). Chính sách này cho biết Fritz thu thập gì, dùng để làm gì, và bạn có quyền gì.
1. Fritz lưu gì?
- Không cần tài khoản: tiến độ học, cài đặt và ngôn ngữ giao diện chỉ nằm trong trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage), không gửi lên máy chủ.
- Khi đăng nhập bằng Google: Fritz nhận địa chỉ email, tên và ảnh đại diện từ Google (phạm vi
openid email profile). Fritz không xin và không đọc bất kỳ dữ liệu nào khác trong tài khoản Google của bạn như Gmail, Drive, Lịch hay danh bạ. - Khi đăng nhập bằng link qua email: địa chỉ email và thời điểm đăng nhập.
- Tiến độ học (từ đã học, lịch ôn, chuỗi ngày, cài đặt) được đồng bộ lên máy chủ để bạn dùng trên nhiều thiết bị.
- Gói đã mua (tên gói, ngày kích hoạt, ngày hết hạn) để mở khóa nội dung. Fritz không lưu thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng; thanh toán diễn ra bằng chuyển khoản hoặc ví điện tử ngoài app.
- Thống kê sử dụng: trang đã xem, bài đã học, kiểu thiết bị, gắn với một mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên, để cải thiện app. Vercel Analytics đếm lượt truy cập mà không dùng cookie theo dõi.
- Email bạn tự để lại để nhận tài liệu hoặc link đăng nhập.
Fritz không lưu mật khẩu, không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ hay dữ liệu nhạy cảm.
2. Dùng để làm gì?
Chỉ để: đăng nhập và nhận diện bạn; lưu và đồng bộ tiến độ học; mở khóa gói đã mua; gửi email đăng nhập và tài liệu bạn yêu cầu; sửa lỗi và cải thiện app. Fritz không bán, không cho thuê và không chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo. Fritz không dùng dữ liệu nhận từ Google để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
3. Cookie và lưu trữ trên trình duyệt
- Cookie phiên đăng nhập (
fritz_session): giữ bạn đăng nhập tối đa 90 ngày. Chỉ dùng cho đăng nhập, không theo dõi. - Cookie tạm khi đăng nhập Google (10 phút) để chống giả mạo yêu cầu.
- localStorage: tiến độ học, ngôn ngữ giao diện, mã thiết bị thống kê và các lựa chọn giao diện. Xoá dữ liệu trang web trong trình duyệt là xoá hết.
4. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
- Vercel (Hoa Kỳ) – lưu trữ website, thống kê truy cập.
- Neon – cơ sở dữ liệu tài khoản và tiến độ.
- Resend – gửi email đăng nhập.
- Google – đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google. Việc Fritz dùng thông tin từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.
Các dịch vụ này chỉ xử lý dữ liệu để vận hành Fritz. Máy chủ có thể đặt ngoài Việt Nam.
5. Lưu bao lâu?
Dữ liệu tài khoản và tiến độ được giữ chừng nào bạn còn tài khoản. Link đăng nhập qua email hết hạn sau khi dùng hoặc sau thời gian ngắn. Thống kê sử dụng được giữ tối đa 24 tháng.
6. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa, tải về hoặc xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu của mình bất cứ lúc nào qua email anhtuanevt@gmail.com. Fritz xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày. Xoá tài khoản sẽ xoá email, tiến độ và gói đã mua; không khôi phục được. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của Fritz trong phần Bảo mật của tài khoản Google.
7. Trẻ em
Fritz dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ dưới 13 tuổi đã tạo tài khoản, hãy email để Fritz xoá.
8. Thay đổi
Khi chính sách thay đổi đáng kể, Fritz cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong app. Liên hệ: anhtuanevt@gmail.com.
Privacy Policy (English)
Fritz (https://www.fritzdeutsch.com) is a German vocabulary learning app run by Fritz – Dein Deutschfreund (dự án cá nhân / individual project). This policy explains what Fritz collects, why, and your rights.
1. What Fritz stores
- Without an account: your learning progress and settings stay in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to a server.
- Sign in with Google: Fritz receives your email address, name and profile picture (scopes
openid email profile). Fritz does not request or access any other Google data such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts. - Sign in by email link: your email address and sign-in time.
- Learning progress (words learned, review schedule, streak, settings) is synced to our server so you can use several devices.
- Purchased plans (plan name, activation and expiry dates) to unlock content. Fritz never stores card or bank details; payment happens by bank transfer or e-wallet outside the app.
- Usage statistics: pages viewed, lessons completed and device type, tied to a random device id, used to improve the app. Vercel Analytics counts visits without tracking cookies.
- Email addresses you leave to receive free materials or a sign-in link.
Fritz stores no passwords and collects no location, contacts or sensitive data.
2. How it is used
Only to sign you in and recognise you; store and sync your progress; unlock purchased plans; send sign-in emails and materials you asked for; fix bugs and improve the app. Fritz does not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. Data received from Google is never used to train AI models.
3. Cookies and browser storage
- Session cookie (
fritz_session): keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. Sign-in only, no tracking. - Temporary cookie during Google sign-in (10 minutes) to prevent request forgery.
- localStorage: progress, interface language, the analytics device id and interface preferences. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it.
4. Third-party services
- Vercel (USA) – hosting and visit statistics.
- Neon – database for accounts and progress.
- Resend – sign-in emails.
- Google – Sign in with Google. Fritz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
These providers process data solely to run Fritz. Servers may be located outside your country.
5. Retention
Account and progress data are kept as long as your account exists. Email sign-in links expire after use or after a short time. Usage statistics are kept for at most 24 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete all of your data at any time by emailing anhtuanevt@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your email, progress and purchased plans and cannot be undone. You can also revoke Fritz's access in your Google account permissions.
7. Children
Fritz is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top is updated and a notice is shown in the app. Contact: anhtuanevt@gmail.com.

Ohne Konto bleibt dein Lernfortschritt nur in deinem Browser. Mit Konto (Google oder E-Mail-Link) speichern wir E-Mail, Name, Profilbild und deinen Lernfortschritt, um ihn geräteübergreifend zu synchronisieren. Bei Google-Anmeldung nutzen wir nur die Scopes openid email profile, keine weiteren Google-Daten. Keine Passwörter, kein Verkauf von Daten, keine Werbung. Dienstleister: Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google. Session-Cookie bis zu 90 Tage. Auskunft, Export oder Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen: anhtuanevt@gmail.com.
